Ezekiel 7:1-9
Ezekiel saw the end of time. And as Ezekiel proclaimed what the Lord said to him, he told of a day in which the Lord will have no pity for man anymore.
He says that when Christ returns to bring judgement, all your abominations (sinfulness) will be right out in the open. You won’t have anywhere to hid your sins.
There will be people caught off guard when the Lord returns. You’ll be doing something, and He will either find you living for Him or He may catch you in the act of your sin. The Bible says that “the Lord will come like a thief in the night.”
Luke 17:34-37
34- I tell you, in the night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. 35-Two women shall be grinding together, the one shall be taken, and the other left. 36- Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 37- And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.
When the Lord returns, it will be daytime in one place (like in the United States) and nighttime in another (like in China). But also when the Lord returns, He will find you doing something. If you haven’t made Him the Lord of your life, you’ll be the one left. There will be people surprised when He returns because they didn’t believe in Him.
