Have you ever thought about how fast time goes by? Time doesn’t only fly when you’re having fun. Time just flies.

The older you get, you realize how true that is. Your life is like a vapour. You start to realize this the most when you have kids. It doesn’t feel like it’s been very long since I was a kid. Now my kids are at places in their lives (or past places) that it feels like I was just at.

I remember the mindset I have always had and how it has changed. In the past, my papaw (E.L.) was the “old man” of the family, my dad was the middle man, and I was the kid. Now, we’ve each taken a step forward. The vapour is floating up.
