2 Corinthians 4:7-11
Ever feel like you don’t know how much more you can take? Ever say, “I don’t know how much longer I can keep doing this?” Sometimes we say that in our marriage, our job, our family, our church. We all feel sometimes like we just can’t go on.
Verse 7
Here, Paul compares us to “earthen vessels.” In other words, we’re compared to “weakened clay pots.” We’re easily broken. We’re easily hurt and hindered in our walk.
But Paul tells us that inside these weakened vessels lies a treasure – the Holy Spirit. When you accept Christ, the Holy Spirit dwells within you. It’s the Holy Spirit inside that will allow us to press on.
